| our small cafe is now opened cph. vesterbrogade 36, daily 8 - 19 sunday closed.1000 details yet to come. rigth now i´m working like a horse,10 - 12 hours a day. it´s a mega job i have thrown myself into. are pt. building a structure wich comprises everything from staff recruitment, rosters,suppliers, menu planning, prices, promotion, the aesthetics and the atmosphere of the place and so on. when ever the staff is in place and everything else running, i´m gonna work part time in my little office on first floor. actually looking forward to the day when i again have time for my art and my family, but rigth now i´m training myself to be a super business woman. |
